Berks Park 78

Berks Park 78 is a 323 acre, 3million+ sf commercial business park along I-78 in northern Berks County. BerksIDA saw a need for sites within the county that could accommodate 1 Million+ square foot logistics and distribution buildings. It took the risk no private developer would, building the infrastructure and getting the approvals needed to attract development. By leveraging state dollars and structuring tax incentives, the development attracted more than $34 in private investment for every state dollar leveraged. Click below to read the full story.
